Pfenex, Inc. and Agila Biotech Private Ltd., a subsidiary of Strides Arcolab, have entered into a joint venture to develop, manufacture and commercialize an initial pipeline of six biosimilar products for the global market. Both companies will equally share development decisions and commercialization.
